Top Ten Tuesdays #8 - Top Ten Things On My Bookish To Do List

Hosted by The Broke and The Bookish

This week is Top Ten Things On My Bookish To Do List, so like meeting authors or reading so many books in a year/lifetime, reading a big book and so on and so forth. Confession - one thing on my list is about comic books, but it still counts.

Top Ten Things On My Bookish To Do List(in no particular order) -
  1. Meet My Top 3 Authors - Rick Riordan, Cinda Williams Chima and J.K. Rowling
  2. Get A Book Published (Does this count?) (P.S. This used to be write a book, but I did that so, booyah past me!)
  3. Read a total of 66,666 books in my life
  4. Open a used book store
  5. Go to The Wizarding World Of Harry Potter - my master plan includes getting a book published and then go to The Wizarding World Of Harry Potter to celebrate. =) Ahh, to have dreams!
  6. Read Shakespeare
  7. Go to BEA
  8. Read the full Avengers vs X-men Omnibus
  9. Travel the path in 13 Little Blue Envelopes - explanation - Okay this is because the first time I realized that I wanted to travel internationally and see Paris and Ireland and London and everything, was when I first read this book a few years ago.
  10. Become fluent in elvish

  1. When the LotR movies were coming out, one of the colleges near me offered Elvish as a course/language study program. I'm really curious to see if they still offer it. I want to learn Elvish and Klingon, but that would probably break the dork scale. :)

    1. I don't know the dork scale goes pretty high, Klingon would also be fun to learn but my brother wants to learn it and so I figure if we each learn one then we're set, right? Thanks for stopping by! =)

    1. I know right? I've been to San Diego Comic Con twice and it's awesome so I can only imagine what a convention like that all devoted to books would be like! =)

    1. It would be so awesome to open a bookstore, right? But the way I see it you can't do that without first learning Elvish! =)
