Waiting On Wednesday #21 -The Sorcerer Heir

Song Of The Moment - This Goodbye by Beth Crowley
Hosted by Breaking The Spine

18469705The Enchanter Heir
by Cinda Willians Chima
Series - The Heir Chronicles #5
Pub. Date - Oct 21st
Description(from Goodreads) -
The delicate peace between Wizards and the underguilds (Warriors, Seers, Enchanters, and Sorcerers) still holds by the thinnest of threads, but powerful forces inside and outside the guilds threaten to sever it completely.

Emma and Jonah are at the center of it all. Brought together by their shared history, mutual attraction, and a belief in the magic of music, they now stand to be torn apart by new wounds and old betrayals. As they struggle to rebuild their trust in each other, Emma and Jonah must also find away to clear their names as the prime suspects in aseries of vicious murders. It seems more and more likely that the answers they need lie buried in the tragedies of the past. The question is whether they can survive long enough to unearth them.

Old friends and foes return as new threats arise in this stunning and revelatory conclusion to the beloved and bestselling Heir Chronicles series.

Why I can't Wait - After Rick Riordan, Cinda Williams Chima is my favorite author. I would have to say that her books, this series in particular, is what got me into higher fantasy and I have never read one of her books that I didn't absolutely love and I was so very excited when I heard she was writing two more in this series and I loved Enchanter Heir that came out last year and yeah, I'm uber excited! Also the cover was just recently revealed and I love it so much. =)

What are you waiting for this Wednesday?

  7. Oh, WOW!! Literally. We both picked the same book! Well, you know the saying...."great minds think alike". Lol. But you know, that means that this book is really and truly AWESOME. And we're both definitely on the same page, too! (Couldn't help making a pun.)

I have to get going with this series, especially since you recommend it so highly! The thing that first attracted me to this book was that STUNNING cover. All of this author's books have beautiful covers. But then I saw that the plots are terrific, as well!

Thanks for visiting my WOW and commenting!! :)

  10. I ADORE Cinda Williams Chima, so excellent WoW choice! And you're right, she does always have the most GORGEOUS covers. I share in your uber excitement. I'm such a fan of her, and she always has the best twisty-turny plots. This is one of my future WoWs, but for this week I picked Sisters by Raina Telgemeier.
