Sisterhood Of The World Bloggers Award!

So, this is a first for me! I've never been nominated for a bloggers award before and honestly don't know much about them... Anyways, Petra @petrasbokblogg was lovely enough to nominate me for this award and so here we are! Thanks Petra!!! (sorry it took me so long to post this!)

The Rules:
1. Thank the blogger that nominated you and link back to their site.
2. Post the awards logo on your blog.
3. Answer the 10 questions that you have been asked.
4. Nominate 10 bloggers and ask them 10 questions

The Questions and Answers!

1. Name your top 5 favorite books. Hard question! But I did my best...

2. Who is your favorite author? Rick Riordan.

3. What is your favorite quote? "I'm in love with you, and I'm not in the business of denying myself the simple pleasure of saying true things. I'm in love with you, and I know that love is just a shout into the void, and that oblivion is inevitable, and that we're all doomed and that there will come a day when all our labor has been returned to dust, and I know the sun will swallow the only earth we'll ever have, and I am in love with you.”  - from The Fault In Our Stars by John Green. I just love this quote so much.

4. What is your favorite book to movie adaptation and why? I think I have to say The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, I love that movie and I feel like they did such a good job with it. Also, I love Finnick and the actor that plays him!

5. How often do you buy books? Or do you prefer the library? Well, I don't have a good library near me so I definitely mostly buy books, as for how often? No idea. Whenever I want to? I don't know. At least once a month, okay?

6. Who is your favorite character and why? Nico from the Percy Jackson and Heroes Of Olympus series(s). He is just the best side character ever. I even made a list for the reasons he's the best character ever, he's so lovable, you just want to hug him and tell him everything will be alright, but you know if you do he will run you through with his sword. I think he's the best because it's not even that you're IN love with him, you just love him like a best friend or a younger sibling and you want him to end up okay.

7. When and why did you start your book blog? I started my blog in general about two years ago, and switched it to a book blog in January, I think. I did it because I love books and I discovered things like Top Ten Tuesday and I realized, like, these are my people!

8. Who is your OTP(one true pairing)? At the moment Ronan and Adam from The Raven Cycle. I just ship them so hard and the author...she's killing me! Just, read the books(all three that are out) and you'll see why, okay?

9. What is the scariest book you've ever read? Hmm. I'm just going to say the Fear Street series in general, because I started reading it in the fourth grade and they seriously terrified me.

10. What was your favorite book as a child? Charlie and the chocolate factory.

Okay, those are the questions and thanks again to Petra for nominating me! As for my nominations...I'm doing four, two of which I think might not do blogger awards...I'm really not sure. So no pressure! I completely understand if you don't have time/want to do the post!

My Nominations:

Again no pressure, you don't have to do the post, I was just too lazy to go around and actually find out if you did blogger awards or not!

My questions(I'm stealing one from Petra!):
1. Who Is Your Ultimate Book Boyfriend/Girlfriend?
2. What's a book that changed your life?
3. What is the book or series that got you into reading?
4. Who is you OTP(one true paring)?
5. What is your least favorite book to movie adaption, and why?
6. What is a book that you hate with a passion(or simply dislike)?
7. What book disappointed you the most?
8. Who is your favorite main character ever?
9. Who is your favorite side character?
10. Insta love/love triangles, yes or no(do you like them)?

  1. I'm glad you wanted to do it, and I liked reading your answers. Catching Fire is my favorite movie adaption as well, and Nico di Angelo should really get his own series. :)

  2. I really liked Cress and Percy Jackson too! The Hunger Games adaptations were really true to the books. Nico's one of my favorites! My blog switched from writing to books too. Thanks for nominating me! :) I'll answer your questions eventually, promise.

  3. Yay, this is so much fun! I have to agree with you about Catching Fire (not that this is shocking). I love Peeta, but I love Finnick too. I kind of wanted to name my kid Finnick. His name being Sam may or may not have something to do with CF, you decide ;)

Also, your favorite books look VERY pretty together! I will be doing this next week for sure, I LOVE this idea! Thanks for nominating me!
