Pub. Date - Dec. 9, 2014
Description(from Goodreads) -
Game of Thrones meets the Grimm's fairy tales in this twisted, fast-paced romantic fantasy-adventure about Sleeping Beauty's daughter, a warrior princess who must fight to reclaim her throne.

Though she looks like a mere mortal, Princess Aurora is a fairy blessed with enhanced strength, bravery, and mercy yet cursed to destroy the free will of any male who kisses her. Disguised as a boy, she enlists the help of the handsome but also cursed Prince Niklaas to fight legions of evil and free her brother from the ogre queen who stole Aurora's throne ten years ago.

Will Aurora triumph over evil and reach her brother before it's too late? Can Aurora and Niklaas break the curses that will otherwise forever keep them from finding their one true love?

Why I Can't Wait - I just love the sound of this one and can't wait to see if it lives up to expectations. I mean, Sleeping Beauty's daughter? Warrior Princess? It just screams "I'm going to be epic or possibly very disappointing!"

What are you waiting for this Wednesday?

  2. This sounds pretty good, but I think I'll wait for some reviews before I make up my mind. I hope you'll love it though, because if you do, I'll probably pick it up as well. :)

  6. This one sounds so good! I got the arc from Netgalley, but I'm forcing myself to wait until closer to the release date, because once I've read a book I have to talk about it!

Old comment deleted because I couldn't stand the typo.

  8. So, the "Sleeping Beauty's Daughter" thing sounds amazing. (Or you know, like you said, disappointing. I'll try to be positive!) Definitely unique, I am going to be keeping this on my radar! Great pick!
